OUR FLATS - in three adjacent buildings, twelve high quality, all electric fully self-contained ensuite flats, eight being ground floor. Some have sun balcony, some patios. All have full size cooker, fridge, microwave, colour TV and generous electric heaters. Electric storage heating, bed linen, cots. All flats have W.C. washbasins and shower - some have a bath in addition to a shower. There is a wide choice of flat size with either ONE, TWO or THREE separate bedrooms.


CAR PARKING - Every flat has it’s own marked, reserved, well lit parking space - on our premises.

LOCATION - Superb promenade position, 100 yards on the Blackpool side of Red Bank Road (the main Blackpool North shopping road - with 50 shops, 12 cafe-restaurants, 5 take-aways, Sainsburys). Flats directly face the sea and illuminations tableaux. Promenade buses and seafront trams stop almost outside our premises. Very pleasant local ambience. (Illuminations - please scroll down).

GUEST COMFORT and SAFETY - Cleanliness assured, highly recommended - same owners 26 years. Member Blackpool Self Catering Holiday Association, full Planning Permissions, fire precautions certificates, fire safety compliant furniture etc. Payphone. Viewings welcomed (for security reasons please arrange with our holiday office as our resident caretakers do not arrange viewings). Strictly no pets. Strictly no young persons groups.
